Perkins Review 2022
The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and the Higher Education Coordinating Commission
(HECC) will provide the required oversight through the education, implementation and
enforcement of civil rights through Oregon Community Colleges, specifically a compliance
review. This platform is to assist evaluators to examine documents requested and collected
by the institution for the Desk Monitoring of information phase of this review. It
is intended to be a collaborative and collegial evaluation with the institution in
conversation with the identified evaluators assigned through ODE and HECC.
