Course Description:
This course introduces the Pilot to more advanced procedures for commercial maneuvers and cross country flight planning and navigation. The program is designed to train with realistic scenarios involving high performance takeoffs and landings, and advanced ground reference maneuvers. Various computations are used to determine center of gravity, weight, and balance for complex aircraft loading. This is part of a comprehensive course that prepares the student for the FAA Commercial Pilot practical flight test. Prerequisite: AV 266 *Pre-requisite Instrument Rating for Additional 35 Hours
